Communication

Your New Beginnings Counselling uses email and text to communicate with clients. This may include appointment reminders, invoices and receipts and extra information arising from the session. On intake, please indicate your preferred method of communication.

Social Media

Your New Beginnings Counselling is active on social media. Please be mindful that if you like, comment, or share any of our social media posts, you may be breaching your own confidentiality. Please interact with our social media at your own discretion.

Termination of Services

Your New Beginnings Counselling reserves the right to terminate your service at any time. This may be due to your consenting to be referred to another service provider, or we may terminate your services if you become aggressive or abusive towards our staff. You will be notified via your nominated method of communication of your termination from service.

Medicare and Private Health

Please note that NO Medicare Rebates, Private Health Rebates or Work Cover claims are available for our services.

Crisis Support

Your New Beginnings Counselling is not a crisis service and may not be able to offer you support outside of your scheduled appointment time. If you are in a crisis, please contact:
