Payment & Cancellation Policy

Session: one hour (60 min) - Fee: $150

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $75. If pre-arranged and paying by bank transfer, payment must be made in full 24 hours prior to your appointment and a copy of the bank transfer, emailed to leanne@yournewbeginningscounselling.com for verification. Please note that all payments are final. Cancellations made less than 24 hours’ notice and failure to attend a scheduled session (no-shows) will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. This policy ensures fairness and respect for both your time and the time reserved for other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
